Mission Statement
The mission of Hamm Camp is to provide the inner city with a service. This service will use the community’s interest of Basketball to help build higher expectations of our youth. The camp focuses on Basketball skills, while incorporating the importance of proper communication, wellness, education, teamwork, and self confidence. For five days, we will help each camper work toward their full potential. We strive to give back to the community and show our youth that there are avenues to reach their goals and dreams.
Hamm Camp makes a difference in the community by, setting a new standard. We provide a clear understanding of how to live a life without crime and violence. With an education and hard work, you have the opportunity to achieve on all levels.
Lawrence Hamm Jr. will bring a new experience to basketball players in the town that gave him the base to become a Pro. He brings other successful and knowledgeable professionals together to present basketball concepts and life skills. The campers will receive information to help them on and off the court. The overall goal of this camp is success in whatever situation the camper enters in life. Through basketball, we will explain the importance of proper communication, wellness, education, teamwork, and self-confidence.
